We are looking for an experienced, compassionate, and dependable individual to join our team at an adult day care program.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a healthcare or caregiving setting and be comfortable providing support to adults with varying needs.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting participants with daily activities and personal needs
• Providing companionship, supervision, and support
• Helping with activities and maintaining a positive, engaging environment
• Assisting with meals and routine daily tasks
• Performing front desk and administrative duties
• Verifying and working with insurance information
• Entering and maintaining patient information in the EMR
• Communicating professionally with participants, families, and staff
• Following all program policies and safety procedures

Qualifications:

• Experience working in an adult care program is preferred, but willing to train the right person
• Home health care experience is helpful
• Knowledge of insurance and front desk tasks is helpful
• Experience with EMR systems helpful but not necessary 
• Reliable, patient, and compassionate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Must be dependable and professional
