You will ensure all deliveries are accurate and timely while complying with all federal and company privacy regulations regarding the safeguarding of patient information.Schedule: Monday-Friday 6PM-4AM & Saturday 1:30PM-2AMAttributes Required:Work Ethic/Integrity - must possess intrinsic drive to excel coupled with values in line with company philosophyStrategy and Planning - ability to think ahead, plan and manage time efficientlyProblem Solving - ability to analyze causes and solve problems at both a strategic and functional levelTeam Oriented - ability to work effectively and collaboratively with all team membersEssential Job Functions (include the following):Determine most efficient and logical route for each route assignedCheck totes for assigned facilities to ensure order is complete prior to departureDelivery correct totes to facilities in a timely mannerExchange facility emergency kits and IV boxes as neededPick-up return items and refused Medications when required; using all safety protocolsComplete all paperwork/filing requirements accurately at the end of each work shiftPresent a pleasant and respectful demeanor to all clients at all timesWork with team members as needed in special circumstances; be flexible as neededMonitor vehicle maintenance and advise supervisor when repairs/maintenance is required; take vehicles to be serviced as assignedComplete delivery assignments within the shift time assigned, while complying with all traffic regulationsFollow instructions precisely related to patient privacy rulesOther essential functions and duties may be assigned as neededEducation and/or Certifications:High School Diploma or GEDState Driver's LicenseSkills and Qualifications:Applicants must be 21 years old or older2+ years of related experience (advanced degree may substitute for experience)Advanced computer skills; pharmacy operations system experience preferred/requiredAbility to work independently and deliver to deadlinesAbility to solve problems with minimal directionGreat attention to detail and accuracyAbility to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment working on multiple tasks simultaneously, while adhering to strict deadlinesQuality minded; motivated to seek out errors and inquire when something appears inaccurateAbility to use GPS and hands-free cell phonesAbility to read and follow directions/maps in EnglishWork Environment:Requires travel by groundAbility to work flexible hoursFull-Time employees working 30+ hours per week are eligible to enroll in our comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, life and supplemental life insurance, and PTO.All employees are eligible to enroll in our company matched 401(k) plan.
