Processing complex FOIA requests, the full-time FOIA Analyst will support disclosure reviews, appeals, and litigation matters while working remotely. Key responsibilities Review and process various FOIA requests, determining record responsiveness and applying necessary exemptions Prepare records for release, including applying redactions and drafting correspondence to requesters Support FOIA appeals and litigation by organizing case files and preparing supporting documentation Required qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution At least 5 years of relevant FOIA experience Demonstrated expertise in handling federal FOIA cases and knowledge of FOIA exemptions and the Privacy Act Experience with eDiscovery and electronic case-management tools; familiarity with Relativity is highly desirable Ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance
