About the Position

General Otolaryngology Physician | Zero Required Call

A respected critical access hospital is seeking a dedicated Otolaryngologist to serve as its sole ENT provider. With steady procedural volume, no required call, and flexible scheduling options, this role offers autonomy, stability, and the opportunity to build lasting patient relationships in a close-knit community.

Practice Overview

• You'll be the sole ENT at a community-based facility with a long-standing need
• Supported by a full-time PA (who also covers Allergy) and onsite Audiologist
• ENT outreach from another physician occurs monthly
• General ENT focus only; complex cases referred to a larger hub 2 hours north

Schedule

• Primarily clinic-based with dedicated OR block time
• Current volumes average 15-18 patients per day
• No trauma responsibilities; preference for physicians to take consult phone calls from ER ( maybe once a month)
• Flexible options available for part-time or gradual ramp-up

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary between $575K-$625K + Signing bonus
• Ability to advance 25% of 2 year guarantee to help with down payment, student loans, etc.
• Full benefits package including retirement, CME, and malpractice
• Relocation assistance and PTO included

Candidate Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology
• Ideal for mid-career physicians with ~10 years of practice ahead
• Community-minded individual eager to establish local relationships
• Comfortable with a general ENT scope; subspecialty training not required
